SIGNET is a well-established company with national operations. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual who has recently graduated from university to join our Graduate Program. This position is based in our Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley.
More about the opportunity:
Your role of Customer Experience Coordinator will help you establish an understanding of our environment in terms of building customer relationships, learning our core business and systems, as well as participating in quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves being the first point of contact for SIGNET by answering inbound customer calls, processing orders and proactively building product and systems knowledge which you can impart onto our customers. You will also have the opportunity to experience a variety of business functions via dedicated project work in areas such as business sales, customer service and marketing.

The successful applicant will:
- Hold a recent undergraduate degree in Business or related field
- Enjoy dealing with people and have experience in customer service / sales
- Have a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Have an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Our 2 year Graduate Program is designed to encourage your growth and success. Your learning experience will consist of both personal and professional development, including on-the-job training and regular attendance at formal external training courses, networking opportunities and conferences. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of our Corporate Membership to the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
