About the role:

As an integral part of our Outbound Sales team, you will support the acquisition, retention and growth of Signet’s SME customer base. You will achieve this through establishing and developing customer relationships by undertaking outbound sales calls in line with marketing campaigns. You will also proactively seek out sales opportunities to expand the customer’s product range, and maintain and grow customer spend and purchasing frequencies. This role will also involve the sales management and maintenance of several dedicated mid to large accounts.

About you:

You’re an accomplished professional who is passionate about sales and has proven experience in an outbound or inbound selling environment, or a recent graduate who is interested in sales and joining our award-winning Graduate Program. Your ability to smash sales and campaign targets, while building effective relationships with customers and team members alike, will see you well placed for success in this role. You must be a motivated self-starter, who is positive and has strong interpersonal and communication skills. Furthermore, experience in navigating CRM and ERP systems is also highly regarded.
