About the role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Corporate Sales Team in Sydney.


Your key objectives are to maintain and grow sales and gross profit margins within your territory of current corporate clients through the effective use of SIGNET’s continuous improvement sales process, excellent customer relationships and our CRM system.


This team takes great pride in providing their customers with the highest quality customer service standards, developing long term and valuable business relationships. You will also identify key growth prospects, actively pursue leads, qualify sales potential, and assist customers in the implementation of contractual arrangements. You will participate in joint supplier visits, ensure product trials are conducted where necessary and provide product forecasts to the Corporate Partnership Manager.

Remuneration for the position will be set commensurate with your experience, and will include a base salary, on target and stretch commission, as well as car and fuel allowance.


About you:

You are a motivated self-starter with superior customer relationship management skills in corporate sales. Excellent multi-tasking ability and a team focused approach will ensure your success. Exposure to the packaging or industrial manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.  You will also have:


  • A successful, proven record in account management and achieving profitable sales growth
  • Ability to work with a broad product range
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite and experience using CRM/ERP systems
  • Tertiary qualifications and exposure to CI/LEAN methodologies are highly regarded
